1. How long it will take for me to get my item?
Our goal is to provide timely and efficient shipping, no matter where you are.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Note: Delivery times may extend during holiday seasons (e.g., Q4) due to increased demand. Updated processing and shipping times will be reflected on our store during these periods.

Orders are processed and tracking information is issued within 1–2 days. This is separate from the shipping timeframe mentioned above.

2. Do you ship internationally?
We ship our products to UK & EU only.


3. what should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

4. Can I return my items?

We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at contact@barnumltd.co.uk. Please submit any relevant photographs. We will do our best to reply within 48 hours. The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority.


7. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam.

8. Can I change or cancel my order when the order is placed?
We aim to process and ship your order as soon as possible. You have a 24 hour window to request a cancellation. While we will do our utmost to fulfill your request within this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations.
